Where we are
TAF Events is the celebrations arm of TAF Beach Villas in Tigaki, on the north coast of Kos, Greece. Three places sit within a short walk of each other: the TERA venue with its gardens and reception spaces, the private TRIBE beach for barefoot ceremonies and sunset parties, and the TAF Beach Villas estate where the wedding party stays.
How a booking works
Start with the quote builder: choose your date, guest numbers, a package and any add-ons, and you receive an indicative price straight away. If you like what you see you can hold your date for seven days while you decide, free of charge. We then confirm the details with you personally and send a written proposal; your booking is secured with a 30% confirmation payment, followed by 40% and the final 30% closer to the celebration.
Food, drink and the team
Catering and bar service are provided in-house, so menus, tastings and service staff are part of the same conversation rather than separate suppliers. Florals, decor, photography, music and planning support are optional add-ons you can include or leave out.
Professional planners
Wedding planners and agencies can register for trade access. Once approved they see live availability across all three places, build trade quotes with a transparent 10% commission on venue and food & beverage, and send proposals to their own clients.
Beyond weddings
The same estate hosts retreats, team off-sites, incentive trips, gala dinners and brand shoots. Retreat and corporate programmes are quoted individually around your dates and headcount.
