Every package is priced for a base number of guests and adjusts per additional guest; in-house catering, bar and service staff are included, while florals, decor, photography, music and extra hours are optional add-ons.
The TERA venue: ceremony and reception spaces set in tropical gardens with a covered dining terrace, bar and sound system. TRIBE beach: our private stretch of sand for barefoot ceremonies, sunset cocktails and beach parties. TAF Beach Villas: the beachfront estate with six villas, pool and lawns where the wedding party can stay and celebrate together. Retreats, team off-sites and corporate events use the same places.
TAF Events is the celebrations arm of TAF Beach Villas in Tigaki, on the north coast of Kos, Greece. Three places sit within a short walk of each other: the TERA venue with its gardens and reception spaces, the private TRIBE beach for barefoot ceremonies and sunset parties, and the TAF Beach Villas estate where the wedding party stays.
Start with the quote builder: choose your date, guest numbers, a package and any add-ons, and you receive an indicative price straight away. If you like what you see you can hold your date for seven days while you decide, free of charge. We then confirm the details with you personally and send a written proposal; your booking is secured with a 30% confirmation payment, followed by 40% and the final 30% closer to the celebration.
Celebrate from Monday to Thursday and everything is 10% cheaper — the package, the menu, every add-on and extra. The discount is applied automatically in the quote builder as soon as you pick a weekday, and every price you see already includes it.
Catering and bar service are provided in-house, so menus, tastings and service staff are part of the same conversation rather than separate suppliers. Florals, decor, photography, music and planning support are optional add-ons you can include or leave out.
Wedding planners and agencies can register for trade access. Once approved they see live availability across all three places, build trade quotes with a transparent 10% commission on venue and food & beverage, and send proposals to their own clients.
The same estate hosts retreats, team off-sites, incentive trips, gala dinners and brand shoots. Retreat and corporate programmes are quoted individually around your dates and headcount.
