Already married? Party on the sand
For couples who marry at home, in church or at the town hall and want the celebration on the sand — sunset welcome drinks, a boho beach dinner, cake, DJ and the party on our private beach until 1am. No ceremony included.
2 salads, 3 starters, 3 main courses, 2 desserts from our dish menu (worth €30 per guest) and 4 hours of open bar. Swap dishes freely at equal value; dearer choices, extra dishes or extra bar hours are added per guest in the quote builder.

What if the weather turns?
Beach ceremonies move to the TERA garden — your backup is always ready, at no extra cost.
When does the music end?
Outdoor music runs until 01:00; the party can continue indoors until 03:00 (the Private Villa Estate Wedding follows villa sound rules).
How do payments work?
A 30% confirmation payment secures your date; the rest follows your personal payment schedule in your client portal.
Can we adjust guest numbers?
Yes — pricing adjusts per guest above or below the base count, and final numbers are confirmed 14 days before.
Is everything really included?
Coordinator, legal paperwork, ceremony set-up, flowers, dinner, 5-hour open bar, cake and DJ — yes. Add-ons are optional extras.

About Beach Party Reception at TRIBE
Beach Party Reception at TRIBE welcomes 10 to 300 guests and is priced for 30 guests from €10,600, adjusting by €80 for each additional guest and €30 less for each guest under 30. For couples who marry at home, in church or at the town hall and want the celebration on the sand — sunset welcome drinks, a boho beach dinner, cake, DJ and the party on our private beach until 1am. No ceremony included. The ceremony takes place at your chosen setting and the reception at TRIBE beach (closed to the public); the party ends 01:00 on the beach.
Your day, step by step
Guests arrive in the late afternoon and are welcomed with drinks before the ceremony at the venue. After the vows there is time for photographs in the gardens and on the beach while the reception space at TRIBE beach (closed to the public) is readied. Dinner is served by our in-house kitchen, followed by speeches, the first dance and the party until 01:00 on the beach. Our coordinator is on site throughout the day.
What is included
This package includes 9 elements: Wedding Planning; Prosecco toast; Greek meze dinner; 5-hour house open bar (Greek wine, beer, soft drinks, prosecco); Two-tier wedding cake; DJ; welcome drinks on the sand; TRIBE closed to the public from the afternoon; Professional sound system, DJ equipment & party lights. Anything not listed here — florals, decor, photography, music, late-night food or extra hours — can be added from the services list and is quoted on top, so you only pay for what you use.

Where we are
TAF Events is the celebrations arm of TAF Beach Villas in Tigaki, on the north coast of Kos, Greece. Three places sit within a short walk of each other: the TERA venue with its gardens and reception spaces, the private TRIBE beach for barefoot ceremonies and sunset parties, and the TAF Beach Villas estate where the wedding party stays.
How a booking works
Start with the quote builder: choose your date, guest numbers, a package and any add-ons, and you receive an indicative price straight away. If you like what you see you can hold your date for seven days while you decide, free of charge. We then confirm the details with you personally and send a written proposal; your booking is secured with a 30% confirmation payment, followed by 40% and the final 30% closer to the celebration.
Food, drink and the team
Catering and bar service are provided in-house, so menus, tastings and service staff are part of the same conversation rather than separate suppliers. Florals, decor, photography, music and planning support are optional add-ons you can include or leave out.
Professional planners
Wedding planners and agencies can register for trade access. Once approved they see live availability across all three places, build trade quotes with a transparent 10% commission on venue and food & beverage, and send proposals to their own clients.
Beyond weddings
The same estate hosts retreats, team off-sites, incentive trips, gala dinners and brand shoots. Retreat and corporate programmes are quoted individually around your dates and headcount.
