How we treat your details

TAF Events (TAF Beach Villas, Tigaki, Kos, Greece) is the data controller for this website. We only collect what we need to answer you and to run your celebration.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries and quotes — your names, email, phone/WhatsApp, event date, guest numbers and message, so we can send your indicative quote and reply. Kept for the life of the enquiry and up to 3 years after.
• Bookings — proposal, payment and guest-list details needed to deliver the event and meet our legal and accounting duties (kept 10 years as Greek law requires).
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Planner accounts — business details and certificate for the planner programme.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies keep the site working (for example remembering a saved quote or your login). With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which campaigns bring enquiries. We never send your name, email, phone or messages to Google. Your choice is remembered for six months and you can change it any time:

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to events@tafvillaskos.gr and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
