Venues & setting
Where is TAF Events?+
In Tigaki on the island of Kos, Greece — 15 minutes from Kos International Airport. We host weddings at the TERA venue and its tropical gardens, on the private TRIBE beach and at the TAF Beach Villas estate.
Can we marry on the beach and celebrate at TERA?+
Yes. Choose the reception venue first, then the ceremony: TRIBE beach, the TERA garden or the TAF Beach Villas — or skip the ceremony if you marry elsewhere. We show you the package designed for exactly that combination.
What if the weather turns?+
Beach ceremonies move to the TERA garden lawn — your backup is always ready, at no extra cost.
How many guests can you host?+
Every wedding package starts from 30 guests. The TERA venue hosts up to 200, TRIBE beach up to 300 and the TAF Beach Villas estate up to 120.
When does the music end?+
Outdoor music runs until 01:00 and the party continues indoors until 03:00; at the TAF Beach Villas estate the villa sound rules apply.
Prices & what is included
How are packages priced?+
Every package is priced for 30 guests and adds a fixed amount per additional guest. Prices come live from our planning engine — what you see in the quote builder is what our team sees.
What is included in a wedding package?+
Wedding planning, legal paperwork and translation, ceremony set-up and styling, bridal bouquet and buttonholes, dinner from our in-house kitchen, a 4-hour open bar, the wedding cake, DJ and sound system.
How does the food & drinks menu work?+
Each package includes a pre-selected family-style menu — one platter of each dish per six guests — and 4 hours of open bar, with food and drinks included at a minimum of €80 per guest. Swap dishes freely at equal value; a dearer dish, an extra dish or an extra bar hour is added per guest. Removing dishes never lowers the price.
Can we add things that are not in the package?+
Yes — florals, decor, photography, live music, fireworks, late-night food, villa nights and transfers are optional add-ons quoted on top, and you can write special requests directly into your quote.
Can you cater for vegetarian guests?+
Yes. On request we offer selected vegetarian options for a pre-ordered number of guests — tell us how many in the special requests when you build your quote, and we plan the platters accordingly. Dietary notes (vegan, gluten-free) are marked on every dish.
How do payments work?+
A 30% confirmation payment secures your date; the balance follows the payment schedule in your personal proposal and client portal, with final guest numbers confirmed 14 days before the wedding.
Planning & legal
Is a wedding in Kos legally recognised?+
Yes. Civil ceremonies performed in Greece are legally binding internationally; we handle the town-hall paperwork and translations as part of every package. Symbolic ceremonies are also possible.
Do we need a wedding planner?+
Wedding planning is included: a TAF Events planner builds your timeline, manages suppliers and paperwork, arranges tastings and is on site throughout the day.
How do we get a quote?+
Use the online quote builder: pick your venues, menu and add-ons and the indicative price is calculated live; your quote arrives by email and we confirm availability for your date personally.
Can guests stay on site?+
Yes — the TAF Beach Villas sleep up to 36 guests across six villas, and villa nights can be added to any package.
