Wedding Party at TERA
Laid-back beach living, boho chic
Guests arrive to welcome drinks on the sand at TRIBE, where the beach has been closed to the public from the afternoon. With toes in the sand, the day settles into an unhurried rhythm, and there is time to take in the water before anything begins.
As the sun starts to drop, the ceremony takes place barefoot on the beach, with recorded music, a bridal bouquet and buttonholes, and the sea framing every moment. A prosecco toast follows, and the reception opens into a boho setting of low tables, rugs and lanterns, where a Greek meze dinner is served. The house open bar keeps glasses full through the evening with Greek wine, beer, soft drinks and prosecco.
Later, the two-tier wedding cake is brought out, and the DJ takes over with a professional sound system and party lights. The dance floor fills under the lanterns, fireworks light up the palms, and the celebration carries on across the sand until midnight.
1 salads, 3 starters, 3 main courses, 2 desserts, 2 bar services, 1 after hours from our dish menu and 4 hours of open bar — food & drinks included at a minimum of €80 per guest (remove dishes freely; the price never goes down). What if the weather turns?
Beach ceremonies move to the TERA garden — your backup is always ready, at no extra cost.
When does the music end?
Outdoor music runs until 01:00; the party can continue indoors until 03:00 (the Private Villa Estate Wedding follows villa sound rules).
How do payments work?
A 30% confirmation payment secures your date; the rest follows your personal payment schedule in your client portal.
Can we adjust guest numbers?
Yes — pricing adjusts per guest above or below the base count, and final numbers are confirmed 14 days before.
Is everything really included?
Coordinator, legal paperwork, ceremony set-up, flowers, dinner, 4-hour open bar, cake and DJ — yes. Add-ons are optional extras.

About Wedding Party at TERA
Wedding Party at TERA welcomes 30 to 200 guests and starts from €8,210 for 30 guests, adding €80 for each additional guest. Toes in the sand at TRIBE, with a sunset ceremony, welcome drinks on the beach and a boho reception of low tables, rugs and lanterns. The beach is closed to the public, and the party runs on the sand until midnight. The ceremony takes place at your chosen setting and the reception at TERA venue; the party ends 1 am outdoors and 3 am indoors.
Your day, step by step
Guests arrive in the late afternoon and are welcomed with drinks before the ceremony at the venue. After the vows there is time for photographs in the gardens and on the beach while the reception space at TERA venue is readied. Dinner is served by our in-house kitchen, followed by speeches, the first dance and the party until 1 am outdoors and 3 am indoors. Our coordinator is on site throughout the day.

Where we are
TAF Events is the celebrations arm of TAF Beach Villas in Tigaki, on the north coast of Kos, Greece. Three places sit within a short walk of each other: the TERA venue with its gardens and reception spaces, the private TRIBE beach for barefoot ceremonies and sunset parties, and the TAF Beach Villas estate where the wedding party stays.
How a booking works
Start with the quote builder: choose your date, guest numbers, a package and any add-ons, and you receive an indicative price straight away. If you like what you see you can hold your date for seven days while you decide, free of charge. We then confirm the details with you personally and send a written proposal; your booking is secured with a 30% confirmation payment, followed by 40% and the final 30% closer to the celebration.
Weekday weddings cost less
Celebrate from Monday to Thursday and everything is 10% cheaper — the package, the menu, every add-on and extra. The discount is applied automatically in the quote builder as soon as you pick a weekday, and every price you see already includes it.
Food, drink and the team
Catering and bar service are provided in-house, so menus, tastings and service staff are part of the same conversation rather than separate suppliers. Florals, decor, photography, music and planning support are optional add-ons you can include or leave out.
Professional planners
Wedding planners and agencies can register for trade access. Once approved they see live availability across all three places, build trade quotes with a transparent 10% commission on venue and food & beverage, and send proposals to their own clients.
Beyond weddings
The same estate hosts retreats, team off-sites, incentive trips, gala dinners and brand shoots. Retreat and corporate programmes are quoted individually around your dates and headcount.
