TAF Events did not start as an events company. It started with six villas on the beach in Tigaki, a family that loved having people to stay, and guests who kept asking the same question: could we celebrate here?
It began with the villas
TAF Beach Villas opened as a small, design-led estate by the sea. Families came for a week, friends came for birthdays, and then couples came and asked whether they could marry in the garden. The first weddings were put together by hand — tables carried across the lawn, a friend behind the bar — and they were some of the happiest days we have hosted.
Then the TERA venue
Those first celebrations taught us what a wedding on Kos really needs: shade and greenery, a kitchen on site, a dance floor that can run late, and a team that knows the place. So we built TERA, a venue made only for events, a short walk from the villas. The tropical gardens, the arch and the indoor space that keeps the music going until 03:00 all came from watching real weddings here.
And the beach
TRIBE, our beach spot, completes the estate: ceremonies on the sand, barefoot dinners and a party that ends at midnight under the stars. With the beach, the gardens and the villas within a few minutes of each other, couples can build the day in any combination they like.
What we believe
Where time is shared — the phrase on the front of our site — is simply how we think about hospitality. A wedding is a few hours when everyone you love is in one place. Our work is to make those hours easy: honest pricing you can read online, a planner by your side, food cooked here, and places that need very little dressing up.
