The Art of the Greek Island Table

Greek hospitality is built around a crowded table — plates passed, glasses refilled, nobody in a hurry. Our in-house kitchen at the TERA venue cooks in that spirit for every wedding, with three ways to serve it and a drinks programme that starts at the ceremony and ends with the last dance.

Three ways to serve the same feast

Sharing platters land in the middle of each table — meze, salads, grilled meats and fish — and guests help themselves. It is the warmest style and the one most couples choose. A buffet works for large, mixed parties and lets everyone move. Plated courses suit a formal dinner or a smaller guest list.

You choose the style in the quote builder and the price adjusts per guest; the dishes themselves stay the same high-quality local produce.

What the menu is built from

Salads such as horiatiki with barrel-aged feta and Kos tomatoes; starters like phyllo-wrapped feta with tomato marmalade or grilled octopus; mains that range from slow-roasted lamb and lemon-oregano chicken to the day's catch on the grill. Vegetarian and vegan options are part of every menu, and we adapt to allergies and dietary needs when you send us your final numbers.

Drinks, from the first toast to the last song

A prosecco toast after the ceremony and a welcome drink as guests arrive are part of every reception package, followed by wine, beer and soft drinks with dinner. The house open bar runs for four hours; extra hours and premium spirits upgrades are available as add-ons so the party can run until the music stops — midnight on the beach, later at the TERA venue.

Styling the table

Long tables under the palms with linen runners, low greenery and candlelight are the signature look at the TERA venue. On the beach we go simpler: wooden tables, lanterns and the sea as the backdrop. Our florists coordinate the table flowers with the ceremony pieces so nothing is bought twice.

Cake and sweet endings

A two-tier wedding cake is included in the reception packages; larger tiers, dessert tables and a late-night loukoumades station are popular upgrades. We taste everything with you beforehand — in person if you visit, or by video with notes from the kitchen.
